How long will my service take?
Timing optimization typically takes 3–5 business days. Full caliber restoration requires 3–5 weeks to allow proper time for cleaning, inspection, and monitoring. Generational Care Service begins with a 3–5 week initial engagement. We'll provide a specific timeline after examining your watch.
What brands do you service?
We work with a wide range of mechanical watches, from vintage pieces to contemporary movements. Our experience includes Swiss, Japanese, and German calibers. If you have a specific brand or model in question, please reach out and we can discuss whether we're the right fit for your watch.
How much will my service cost?
Timing optimization is NT$5,800. Full caliber restoration is NT$24,500. Generational Care Service starts at NT$44,000 for the initial engagement. These prices cover standard work; if additional parts or specialized procedures are needed, we'll discuss those with you before proceeding.
Do you offer warranties on your work?
All servicing includes a one-year workmanship assurance. This covers the work we performed, not pre-existing conditions or normal wear. If you experience issues related to our service within that year, we'll address them at no charge.
Can you source replacement parts?
For many movements, we can source genuine or compatible parts through established supplier networks. Some vintage or unusual calibers may require more time to locate appropriate parts. We'll let you know what's feasible after examining your watch.
